How long will my order take?

All good things take time, please expect to wait 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.
Can I customise an order?

Yes! Please send me an email through the contact page of this website.
How do I care for my product?

Well looked after products last a long time! Cold handwash is recommended for tote bags. Masks can be washed at 40c.
Can I get a return?

If you wish to request a return please email: upkeepsewing@gmail.com. Please note returns can only be requested within 2 weeks of the dispatch of the product.
How much is delivery?

Local Collection: If you are local to Wyke Stores, please do save paper + delivery emissions and collect from the shop. If you select this option, please arrange a slot to collect your item via mollyaliceuk@gmail.com. UK Delivery Detailed on each item due to size and weight variances. International, including Europe £10 1st class postage . Please note for international customers, I will not be responsible for any additional tax/border charges which may occur.
Where is my order?

You will recieve a confirmation of your order when it has been shipped, orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be made. If you want to know the progress of your order please email upkeepsewing@gmail.com.
